Bitar Holding Finance ("the App") is a private, internal tool used solely by the owners and authorized officers of Bitar Holding and its affiliated companies (Grupo Flor, 420 Holdings) to view their own business financials in one place. It is not offered to the public and is not listed in any app marketplace.

What the App accesses

With an authorized owner's explicit consent, the App reads — on a read-only basis — standard financial reports from the company's own QuickBooks Online account: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Aged Receivables, Aged Payables, and Cash Flow. The App never creates, edits, or deletes any data in QuickBooks.

How the data is used

The figures are displayed to authorized family members and officers on a private, access-controlled dashboard so they can see their own company's financial position. The data is used for no other purpose.

Storage & sharing

• Connection tokens are stored securely on the operator's own device (in the macOS Keychain) and are never displayed or transmitted to third parties.
• Financial figures are shown only on a private dashboard protected behind company sign-in.
• We do not sell, rent, share, or use this data for advertising or any third-party purpose.

Retention & deletion

Access can be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App in QuickBooks (Settings → Apps) or by deleting the stored tokens. On disconnection, the App can no longer read any data.
