This Agreement governs use of Bitar Holding Finance ("the App"), a private internal tool of Bitar Holding.
The App is licensed for internal use only by the owners and authorized officers of Bitar Holding and its affiliated companies, solely to view their own business's financial data. It may not be redistributed, resold, or used by anyone outside those authorized users.
The App accesses connected accounting data (QuickBooks Online) on a read-only basis. It does not modify, create, or delete records in any connected system.
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. Financial figures shown are for informational purposes and do not replace the official books of record or professional accounting advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bitar Holding is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App. Use of connected services (including QuickBooks Online) remains subject to those providers' own terms.
Access may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the App. This Agreement terminates automatically on disconnection.
